These A3 posters can be stuck on the classroom wall to help learners with structuring their speech writing. The posters feature an memorable acronym that makes sure they include everything needed to persuade / engage their audience. Poster 2 - Can also be used as a template. It gives learners more information on how they should structure their speech and expands on poster 1.

I created this task for the Poetry Anthology revision lesson. The learners were asked to write a short summary of each of the fifteen poems and write a short overview of the context of that poem on the back of the card. This was to refresh their knowledge in preparation of their mock exams. Four cards per sheet. Print double sided on short flip edge.

Cut out and hide the clues around your building / classroom. The learners should be split in teams of two. They have to locate each clue which will contain an individual letter. Once they have located the clues they have to unscramble the letters which will reveal a Halloween related phrase. Separate sheet provided which contains clues and answer.

**Instructions: ** Divide players into teams. Each team has sixty seconds to memorise all of the items in the box below. Players are not permitted to take a photo of the game sheet or to write any of the objects down on paper at this stage of the game. After the allocated time is up, the players will be asked to turn over their game sheets. They will then have three minutes to write down, from memory, each of the items below. The team who can memorise the most items, wins!

Football Themed Bingo Game ( 3X3) Instructions: Cut out the words on the grid sheet and place them inside a container. Give each player a bingo card ( cut out each bingo card ). As you draw a word from the container, ask the players to cross them out on their grid sheet. The first player who gets 3 in a row, wins!

When the Teacher says “Go,” the learners fill in the blanks with words that begin with the same letter. When they have finished they will shout “Easter!” Two games are included as well as a blank game sheet.
