All of the character trait cards are handed out evenly to each of the players to sort under the correct heading. For example if a student selected the character trait 'leader' they would place the character trait card leader under the yes heading because Martin Luther King Jr. was a leader when he gave a speech to the world. (see preview for example). Students take it in turns until all cards are placed under the yes or no heading.
There is also a variation to the game where you can play corners as a whole class. The teacher places the yes heading in one corner and the no heading in another corner or the room. He or she then calls out a character trait card from the pack and the students walk to the corner of the room that they think is correct. Select a student to give a reason to why they chose that corner of the room. The game is finished when there is a winner or small group of students left.
