Stone Age to Iron Age - Because, but, so
A set of writing activities that link to working on using because, but and so based on ‘The Writing Revolution’.
Included are 22 different sentence stems that link to learning for the Stone Age to the Iron Age which all require the use of because, but and so, challenging pupils ability to use the conjunctions appropriately as well as acting as a retrieval task in checking understanding of previous learning.
8 Times Table Mastery Check
10 questions that check children's understanding of the 8 times table through more complex methods than just giving them a 8 times table test. Included are word problems, reasoning questions and showing the relationship between numbers.
Adverbials Worksheets
Two worksheets with a variety of sentences that all include some form of adverbial, whether as a one word adverbial, fronted adverbial or adverbial phrase/ clause.
Children need to work through the worksheet to identify the adverbial/s in each sentence. Answers are also provided for both worksheets, with both worksheets also provided in UK English and US English spellings.

Mixed Number and Improper Fractions Worksheet
A worksheet and challenge worksheet that focus on converting between improper fractions and mixed number fractions.

Relative Clause Worksheets
Three differentiated worksheets that focus on relative clauses for children in either Year 5 or 6. Activities start with children being able to identify relative clauses before moving on to including them and then writing their own sentences that include relative clauses.
