A great lesson for EYFS and / or KS1. Very suitable too, for SEN pupils with differentiated activities included. The PPT shows 10 slides with 3 pictures on each. Children name the pictures and more able pupils can spell or say the initial sounds. Click and the words will appear. There is a word sheet with all 30 words that children could hold during the PPT and locate the words to go with the pictures, or use to support their writing later. There is a sheet showing just the 30 pictures that children could use to find the pictures as they appear. Later, they could match the words and pictures. There are also sheets showing words and pictures; pictures with initial sounds and pictures with space for children to write the words. A good speaking and listening activity with follow up phonics and written work.
