This is a five lesson Symmetry unit of work for Year 4. In this resource pack you will find: Lesson plans (including for your TA), differentiated worksheets/activities (LA, MA and HA plus a challenge activity for deeper understanding/mastery), two mini assessments, answer sheets for all activities and flipcharts for whole class teaching (in ActivInspire, PowerPoint and PDF format). The challenge activity: identifying a reflected pattern. Lesson 4 involves the children completing symmetrical figures by reflecting across a mirror-line.
