UNDERSTANDING DURATION: advanced rhythm creator

(0)
A fantastic and flexible resource on one A4 sheet with an additional instruction sheet if needed. Students are required to create their own rhythms using the given symbols of note lengths and rests to support them as they learn to compose their own rhythmic ideas. This has more choice than my ‘basic’ rhythm creator worksheet and provides differentiation for the classroom. This is purposefully missing a time signatures section to avoid confusion. Teachers can direct students on which time signatures to use as and when they teach them.
