An unlikely dilaogue in which Bella fro Twighlight and Belletrix from Harry Potter discuss health and fitness. I've uploaded the dialogue on its own before but it is now followed by comprehension questions in English, a grammar point relating to word order after aufhoeren and anfangen and two exercises in which students must generate sentences of their own.
A list of questions covering typical Year 7 topics and a list of possible answers. Pupils have to match up the answers to the questions. But ... there are two answers for every question. Pupils have to find both answers each time. It can then be used as a platform for extended oral work.

There is (i) an article followed by questions in German (ii) a set of opinions to sort into Pro and Contra groups (iii) a discussion and a diamond 9 card sort (iv) an analysis of the structure of the article (which is very similar to an essay structure) and (v) an essay title.

Reading activity in which10 teenagers say something about what they did on their birthday. Students must match these statements to others in a list below the stimulus texts.
