Powerpoint with 24 slides each with a stimulus question relating to the Yr 12 topic "Interessen und Sorgen der Jugend". I used this to stimulate discussion at thee nd of the topic. The first slide of the PPT acts as a homepage. Students choose a number and are hyperlinked to a slide they can not see.
Open-ended activity in which students must (i) improvise a dialogue featuring all of the sentences on the sheet and (ii) write the dialogue up. Works well if you improvise a dialogue for the class to watch before asking them to do it.
Three speaking activities (i) a simple identification exercise (ii) a more challenging character exercise (iii) a more challenging role play activity which will probably need some preparation time.
Questions on Filmsprache in Das Leben der Anderen followed by (i) a manipulation exercise, in which students must adapt the questions to generate statements about technical aspects of the film and (ii) an essay title.
Toolkit featturing key structures for describing a room. It brings together the Nominative, the Accusative and prepositions with the Dative . It is followed by a multiple choice exercise practising these grammatical points.
Powerpoint which systematically builds up a table demonstrating the formation of the Dative after certain prepositions (an, auf , hinter etc). After the table has been built up, articles are removed randomly and students have to say what is missing.
Simply display the Powerpoint, and read out plausible or implausible football results for the students to note down. This provided a surprisingly compelling context for the simple dictation of numbers in the early stages of learning them. You can of course change the teams however you like.
Activity featuring the 12 Olympics posters commisionned from artists such as Tracey Emin and Rachel Whitread. The Powerpoint aims to stimulate speculation, discussion, interpretation, a bit of guesswork, and suggestions for titles for the artworks. Lots of questions in French to structure discussion and (hopefully) get the pupils thinking More…. The title of each piece can be revealed with a click of the mouse once suggestions have been made. Typo now removed!

Text featuring an interview with a ghost in which he recounts aspects of his life and death, handily icluding examples of the Perfect with haben and with sein. The text is followed by a capture sheet and some inductive exercises on the selection of the correct auxiliary verb.
