This PowerPoint explores through music and dance the trophies that we have in school. It then looks at winning trophies at the Olympics.and moving to the music. The interactive whiteboard resource is for key stage 1 and the PowerPoint for key stage 2. Both explore what an anthem is and when it is used. There is also a copy of the music for treble clef instruments and tablature for ocarinas. The original video is on the website indicated The flp file is quite old and I have had one person unable to open it. If this is the case, I have a resource entitled 'Then and now . Music and history for the Jubilee' You could try that instead.

A selection of MP3s which can be adapted as used in PowerPoint or Audacity. A converter to WAV files might be necessary for Audacity.

Pupils may insert these into power point or process them with Audacity . They can insert them into dance e jay but mp3s will have to be converted to WAV files with a converter.

Sound bites may be changed to WAV files using a converter and then edited in program mes like Audacity. They can be inserted into Dance E jay or used as stand alones in presentations.

I have edited the original video whose web link is above because there was one part which was not suitable for primary children.
