An 85 word account of someone's addiction to fashion. Pupils read the account and then complete a crossword demonstrating understanding of the extract. The second exercise is a categorisation of 14 statements of people's attitudes towards fashion - whether they are a fashion victim or not. This resource supports students providing opinions and justifying arguments. It is also a fun way of leading on to speaking practice debating the importance of fashion. Easy to print and edit.
