This is a book that I made to help students understand the things that they need to do to get to a certain level. When they think they have achieve one of the boxes they initial the student box, then the teacher initials the teacher box when they agree. It also helps to track progress across KS3 (for me this is just Year 7 and 8). My school is also into PLTS so these have been including but can be easily deleted from the document if needed.
