An accompanying help booklet that talks students through chords and scales A knowledge organiser examples to help show how it can be used.

This is my assignment brief for the NQF BTEC Level 2 course. You can go three ways with this assignment; I've chosen to base it on the creating a concert theme. For the other two you would have to tweak the scenario and tasks. Please rate and leave a comment if you find useful!

This has a self assessment evaluation and a group one. All the boxes on the self assessment relate to levels 4-6.

A log book to help students to keep track of their ideas and how it relates to the overall “Big Picture”. It can help with the planning stages but also be used whilst they are composing to log how they have developed their music. I have included an example of how it could be filled in as a guide.
