This is a document that outlines some assembly and mental health themes across the year. It includes important topics to cover as well as a few religious festivals and a mental health theme for each week starting September 2021-July 2022. It is for HOY and the pastoral teams to plan the assemblies and tutor time activities. So if you just need a mental health theme or assembly theme for the year you can download this and get it all done for you! This is for KS3-KS5 assemblies (Ages 11-18) but can be used for other year groups too. This does not include assemblies but there are plenty to purchase in my TES shop. I have added a version 2 because we have changed them slightly throughout the first term.
This plan was created for full coverage of the new RSE and Health Curriculum in tutor time.
If you are interested in purchasing the entire bundle which includes 190 powerpoints for KS3 and KS4, 8 booklets for KS5, 25 assemblies and plans and an audit which maps all of the provision to the RSE and Health curriculum and many other things such as SMSC, FBV and awareness days, please email me at sarahsshoptes@gmail.com and I will send you details of the bundle.

It also shows the connection with a slide on Fundamental British Values, the UN Rights of a Child and a point of Reflection. There are links to the news and other extension activities looking at quotes which teachers can use or students can have as an extension activity on an online platform or for homework.
