Spanish 50 Classroom Commands and Total Physical Response (TPR) - Get your students moving with this TPR reference that provides 50 affirmative Uds. commands for use in the classroom. Many include one or more nouns that can be used with the verbs to facilitate doing TPR with your students. While most commands are for common actions done in the classroom, this reference also includes a few for the sole purpose of vocabulary building with TPR because they are useful verbs and easy to act out. An example is "coman una manzana." Introduce,model and practice a few new commands each day and not only will your students' listening skills improve, but they'll acquire a lot of vocabulary in a short period of time!
This activity contains 8 Spanish fill in the blank and sentence translations with direct object pronouns and food vocabulary. Verbs used are cocinar, lavar, comer, vender, ir a + comprar, traer, and tener.
Students are instructed to:
1. Substitute the direct object with a direct object pronoun
2. Translate the Spanish sentence to English.
3. Write a Spanish food word under each of the 8 clip art images.

Spanish Tener Expressions Reference - Tener Idioms - This handy tener expressions reference and study guide contains 23 expressions such as to be hungry, to be jealous, to be cold/warm, to be guilty, to look good, to be successful, etc. The use of tener expressions is explained and there are sample sentences showing the use of mucho instead of muy.
