A set of 5 potential lessons using Vitamin C tablets to launch film canister rockets. Excellent experiment, fully differentiated planning sheets to accompany it, and a mark scheme for the method. Really useful for planning all parts of an investigation for key stage 3 students. Could easily be used to practice skills with older year groups too.

Booklet that can be used to work from for the BTEC applied science unit 3 investigation into Calorimetry. A powerpoint and sheet with a project homework, would be great to compliment a KS3 topic on forces/weight and then use for formative assessment as a level ladder is given too! Just changed whats on your level ladder. I have had some really great work back from this in the past! The ppt is to set the scene and generate enthusiasm mainly! This would be very suitable for an extended project for children to do from home as there are clear success criteria for them to follow!
