I have found using these useful revision/extension/remote learning resources. It is also useful for GCSE knowledge revision.

This is the seventh lesson in an 8 lesson scheme of learning for key stage 3 on the Industrial Revolution. It involves research into how the social conditions in the cities during the industrial revolution aided criminals and made solving crime very difficult for the police. Students are required to consider a variety of sources to reach a judgment in an extended writing task. All sources and the writing frame are included within the power point for copying. This could also be used as a GCSE resource to support the teaching of the historic environment on the crime and punishment unit. No text book is needed.
