An assembly on the background, discoveries and legacy of four British scientists- one each from the 17th to the 20th Century. Includes lots of images. It discusses that much of the science we still hold to today is built upon the discoveries that each made. The assembly closes by pointing out some of the discoveries that have been made since the year 2000. It also points out that we don’t know yet who will be the most significant scientists of the 21st century- it could be one of the audience.
