This detailed presentation includes 2 sessions.
session 1 - discusses what is energy, looks at non renewable energy and climate change and how green houses gases (cause and consequence of them ) are contributing to these. work for session 1 is to write about green house gases and include cause and consequence using the powerpoint as support.
Session 2 - recap of previous session. Then looks at renewable energy and how this is better for the environment. activity - to produce an information leaflet about how to save energy.

This powerpoint recognises that environments can change and that this can sometimes pose dangers to living things.

section 5 - what is being done to protect the elphants
activity - children to write a short piece using all of this information - there is a slide with reminders on for them
included is a power point which goes through facts about modern Greece.
it includes maps, and general facts for e.g. religions, countries that border, climate, economy
Then there is a worksheet with a map of Greece with some questions linked to the map.
This powerpoint gives a general background about animal species in the world, has an example of a classification of an animal.
then looks at how we classify them - plants and animals
vertebrates and invertebrates - this then branches off into the 5 main vetebrate and what makes them a mammal, fish, bird, reptile or amphibian.
Then it branches off the invetebrate into arachnid, molluscs and insects and what makes them these things.
A classification chart (vertebrates) is at the end and i would give them this to copy into their books to create their own classification key.
As a challenge i would get them to add in more questions to seperate the animals further.
The animsla i have included are african animals as that is our topic but could easily be swapped for other animals and it would still work
There are over 60 questions on here ranging from time, the four operations, fractions, measures etc
I have used these questions as starters or teaching points.
They are all from the white rose hub assessments but i have changed the numbers etc so the children get used to the styles of questions.

Then I would have a sketch book lesson - template is included as to how the children need to set it out. Within this they would choose which sculpture they want to create
Overall outcome - the children use clay to create their own sculpture based on one of the famous sculptures
This lesson explains how trade happened in the Ancient Egyptian times and what they would buy and sell.
Discusses trade agreements with other countries and what would happen if they did not trade.
How they would take trade to different settlements and which way would have been best for them
3 activities -

Which way was best to travel - boat or camel explain why
draw a boat and lable all of the different things that might appear on the boat from trading and selling

This activity describes hieroglyphs and has the alphabet for the children to use.
Explains who could read and write hieroglyphs and what they would record down.

This is a full lesson that discusses each day of Holy Week and what happened to Jesus.
The children then have to write what happens on the main days. there is a differentiated section where they match up the day with a statement.
This is a one full lesson. includes a powerpoint and then a worksheet at the end. I would use the template of the worksheet and the n get the children to set it out neatly in their books but thats up to you how you would do it.
This talks about what is a community with some key vocabulary and then looks into what communities we belong to and what is in our community.
This powerpoint looks at what happens in the synagogue and what is important their for Jews.
