What is Tes Clubs and Events?

Tes Clubs and Events is our extracurricular management platform, powered by SchoolCloud, that’s versatile enough to be used for any school event or activity. Whether you're hosting a regular club, a one-off trip, a play, an event, an after-school club, a breakfast club, ongoing childcare or something else, Tes Clubs and Events can help you to manage it easily and efficiently.

The system enables you to manage all of your school’s extracurricular life in one place, from allocating spaces fairly, to taking and tracking payments, recording and reporting on student attendance, and collecting vital information during the booking process.

Simple booking and tracking

With Tes Clubs and Events, you can tailor trips for specific students (years, classes, registration groups and so on), so parents are only able to view and book trips open to their child. And staff can collect all the relevant information during the booking process with customisable questions.

Students can be allocated fairly to clubs by allowing parents to submit a numbered preference with places allocated afterwards – ideal for schools where clubs are in high demand – and for busy trips, they can join a waiting list. And teachers and administrators can easily record and report on student attendance for all events.

Easy payments

The system can send email reminders and booking confirmations to parents, and either accept payment online or record cash payments (you can require immediate full payment when booking or allow parents to pay at a later date). Staff can then track the payment status for each parent and view revenue from each club.
