How to edit a tutor group
This guide will explain how to edit a tutor group.
If you have not linked up Provision Map to your school’s Management Information System (MIS), you can directly manage your tutor groups through Provision Map. To edit a tutor group, mouse over the Admin tab at the top of the page and select the Tutor groups option from the drop down menu.
This will bring up a list of the tutor groups that are currently in Provision Map. To edit a tutor group, click on the 3 dots menu next to the tutor group that you would like to edit.
Next, select Edit group from the pop up menu.
A popup dialog will open that allows you to change the name of the group and the assigned staff member. Once you are happy with your changes, click on the Save group button to save the edit.
