Reading comprehension activity. I have jumbled up an account of the plot of Mr Bean's holiday. Students have to read the eight mini-texts and put them in the correct order. Helpful, but not absolutely essential, to have seen the film. I have provided a solution and the original text. As a follow-up students could put the text into the first person or into the past tense or both.

This multi-choice interactive IW resource has 150 key GCSE words embedded into it. Each time you open it, it will select at random 35 of the 150 words, display them in random order, and also arrange the multi-choice answers randomly. It should never be quite the same activity twice!

Complete GCSE vocab list in German and English. I replaced the usual prosaic topic and sub-topic titles with song and film titles, song lyrics and some obscure quotations in a desperate attempt to make some of my revision-shy pupils look through it.

Slides of accidents and injuries. (May not be for the squeamish). Pupils have to come up with a sentence in the past tense to describe what has happened. The are given the first letter of each word they need as a prompt.
