I am a music specialist and the music I write is original, tested on children and for the less confident teacher. My aim is to provide you with everything you need to fulfil Topic requirements and those of the National Curriculum (without having to prepare anything.) I provide Power Points/videos and give you mp3s and lyrics. Notation is sometimes given. The instrumental parts are dead easy!

Listening to the news this morning , I heard an interview with Anna Deutcher. She is a musical prodigy and a delightful child! This is just what I need to inspire years 3 and 4 today and maybe give them an antidote to "Classical music is not cool" You need to be able to view YouTube in your classroom to use this PPT in order to hear her compositions and she her being interviewed.

A power point show designed to run at the same time a rock group is playing The show is self running and uses special effects. I've used it at our concerts and it is the icing on the cake.

Children chant the verse and play the unturned percussion instruments on the chorus. I made this up myself . When they are competent, they can move around the room chanting and playing

Children love this song. It's useful if you have a topic on Animals of the UK. It&'s by the Southlanders. Marvelous for rhyming words. Ive added illustrations and lyrics to aid learning the song. Plenty of percussion opportunities after each list of animals -- da da da dum !
