This activity encourages higher order thinking as well as collaborative skills. Three sets of cards are included: the standard 9 statements, a set of 9 photos that illustrate the statements and a set with just the headings. This allows for a variety of approaches to be adopted. The resource also includes teacher notes suggesting how the activities can be used. The Second part of the lesson then develops into an AFL activity with students guided to attempt a 9 mark question.
