Life Events; Lifes Circumstances and B2. Support that goes with the life events and an individuals disposition and outlook. If you are following my SoW 2024-2025, this is Week 16, this now relates to PSA Task 3a (Life Event PIES) and 3b (Support) . There are homework tasks for both Level 1 and Level 2 which are adaptable to suit your need eg.date There are activities aimed at building up student notes to have with them in the PSA and capture understanding and can be referred to whilst students complete the PSA Controlled Assessment. There is the continued literacy support with useful vocabulary, again and a case study example PIES. There’s a 42 slide presentation covering all aspects surrounding life events and looking at both the positive and negative impact on PIES. This package is for teachers delivering the new 2022 spec for BTEC Tech Award in Health and Social Care Component 2. For teachers following my SoW, this is for week 31 after the completion of Component 1. There is one presentations, one is 26 slides and covers both geographical barriers and intellectual barriers and ways to overcome both as per PSA Task 3, with applied examples. There is guidance and options for students note taking which will be a source of reference in the PSA. Students will be expected to know a range of potential barriers but the focus is on financial covered in the spec below and be able to recognise which barrier(s) apply and the most suitable ways to overcome these. In addition there is also suggestions how multiple barriers exist for one person. Homework is set as the case studies they do not cover in the lesson so they have the full range from the spec. This package is for teachers delivering the new 2022 spec for BTEC Tech Award in Health and Social Care Component 2. For teachers following my SoW, this is for week 36 after the completion of Component 1. There is one presentations, one is 41 slides and covers HALF of the benefits to individuals of the skills attributes and values in health and social care practice. There is also a 5 slide of health and social care key words and terms to describe the impact of appropriate professional behaviors to help students with Task 5. Homework is set as a continuation of an activity started in the lesson and is the application of spec content from B1, B2, B3 and B4 This package will cover the complete delivery of the spec points below and has teacher guidance for note taking. T-Level Health 2024-2025 complete pick-up-and-run teaching package for B1.15, B1.26 and B1.27. If you are following my SoW it is for week beginning 17th March 2025. There is a 77-slide presentation with discussion points, embedded videos and guidance and a 21-page student booklet for notes. The first slide is guidance of research requirements on different slides for your reference. There is a paired activity and interactive questions and research tasks throughout. This package is best suited for lessons where students have internet access. PLEASE NOTE; There is content the guides student as to what they could be researching into for their ESP. The presentation and booklet is adaptable, you can delete parts you do not wish to use.
