An information sheet about the AQA GCSE German Speaking exam - a list of key vocabulary and phrases to memorise for the exam.
It includes key question words, information about stating and explaining your opinion, some key verbs in different tenses, and tips for the Role Play, Photo Card and General Conversation.
A 13-slide PowerPoint presentation which starts with a Do Now activity covering German topics covered so far. It then introduces the rooms of the house with a cartoon house with special effects and sounds! There are then two listening exercises to practise the vocab, before a quick reminder of compound nouns and plurals. There is then some information on “es gibt” and using the accusative case after it, as well as information on using “kein”. Afterwards there are some translations and it ends with a written activity asking students to put it all together with opinions and reasons.
