2 learning mats covering pronouns and adjectives in French.
One covers all the different types of personal pronouns in French - subject, direct object, indirect object, emphatic and relative - and the adverbial pronouns y and en. Includes order of pronouns in a sentence.
The other includes demonstrative adjectives and pronouns (ce and celui etc including celui-ci), relative pronouns (qui, que, dont, lequel, ou) and possessive adjectives and pronouns (mon, ma, mes, le mien, la mienne etc).
On both resources all forms are given and examples of how and when to use them. A very clear and comprehensive reference sheet.
These will be very useful for higher level GCSE candidates and A Level students who can manipulate language from a given sentence to express their own ideas.
2 slides are included for each mat - 1 complete and for reference and one for pupils to complete themselves. Could be printed A3 for more space.

Characters pages include descriptions and examples from the film, their role in the film, links to the main themes and how they change through the course of the film.
Themes pages include humanity, power, the power of art, life in a dictatorship and what it means to be a good person.
There are spaces for pupils to fill in key information on all they know and to cross reference the themes, characters and cinematography. Some parts are left deliberately blank for pupils to add their own ideas.
Can be used alongside teaching to complete as a booklet to revise from or as a revision tool to see how much they know and where there are gaps in their knowledge.
I printed as an A5 booklet and the students really liked the idea of having all their notes in one place.
Please note - this is a booklet for students to complete and not a guide with answers.
I’ve also created similar for Un Long Dimanche de Fiancailles and Die Verwandlung.

A fun activity that can be used as a starter or plenary over and over again.
It is a page of words including rooms, prepositions, colours, adjectives, numbers, and months. Pupils race each other to skim and scan the sheet to find 3,5 or 8 of the words given.
Suggestions for groups of words by topic and sound are given on a separate sheet.
The coloours of the words do not mean anything in particular - they just help pupils to distinguish the individual words.
Can be used on a whiteboard as a whole class activity where all play against each other, or in pairs. Pupils can write the words they find on mini-whiteboards, or tick off on the sheet. If doing this, it is a good idea to laminate to wipe off and use over and over.
