This is a basic lesson plans for year 11 girls who enjoy football, but are slightly weaker in their skill level. Therefore, I have tried to tailor the lesson plans to their ability. The lesson plans consists of 12 week schedule covering the following disciplines: High Jump = 2 weeks, Long Jump, Triple Jump, 100m, 200m, 800m, 1500m, Relay, Discus, Shot Put, Javelin.
