This often creates communication problems that slow down production, cause misunderstandings and generally can create a divided workforce if issues are not addressed.

This lesson covers Passive, Assertive and Aggressive styles of communication,
ideas for gaining Confidence as well as the use of I statements to clearly communicate your message. Your students will enjoy the interactive lessons and the opportunity to practice their communication skills using real life scenarios.

Escape Rooms are so much fun for students. They are interactive and competitive. This Digital escape room has been created for Microsoft schools who have access to OneNote.
The Escape Room on Conflict Management includes five interactive challenges. Students can work through in groups or on their own. The cannot move from station to station until the questions have been answered correctly.
