Geography: Why is there Conflict in the Middle East? (Resources; Religion; Superpowers; Corruption) This unit is created in line with my personal passion for Geo-politics and Middle Eastern culture. Whist this unit is framed around the varying sources of conflict in the Middle East, such as: Sunnie (Saudi Arabia) and Shai (Iran) regional relations; the decline in demand for oil and the 2022 Qatar World cup, it does seek to challenge stereotypes and deconstruct complex concepts for learners. This Unit is my favorite to deliver and and been stream lined over the last two years. Happy to answer questions and any feedback welcome… jacobspong@gmail.com SoW: L1: Mapping the Middle East. L2: How do Middle East Superpowers get on? L3: Why does ‘black gold’ define the Middle east? L4: Should there be a boycott of the Qatar 2022 world cup? L5: Where Next for Deash? L6: Composite and Radar Graphs L7: Independent Research (Computers) It is worth noting that some of these lessons require two lessons to be delivered.

SoW: Why do People Live with Tectonic Events? L1: What’s the structure of the earth? - Free Download - https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/resource-12495305 This unit is created in line with my personal passion for tectonic hazards. This unit is framed around both the physical and human landscapes within Russia, and the process and systems within them. A conscience effect has also been made to embed dual coding within this SoW, as well as much differentiation and debating. This Unit is my favorite to deliver and and been stream lined over the last two years.
