What does your writing say about you? Graphologist Elaine Quigley explains This is strong and lively writing that is full of bubbling energy, but is also controlled and careful.
This style, combined with the rightward tendencies in the upper zone, says that she wants to be happy and satisfied, but also wants to give support and feel in tune with others - albeit from a dominant position. The large script indicates this, as well as the garland formation (where the middle zone of the “m”, “n” and “h” are frequently made in a cup shape).
Although she is an extrovert, she is self-contained and values privacy and independence, as shown by the effectively closed loops in the ovals, and the strong upright script.
The partly-formed “y” omits the middle zone, which deals with everyday issues. The rest of the zone is well formed. This could indicate that she is positive, energetic and likes finding out things for herself.
She is magnanimous and authoritative, and has a partnership approach to work. People are comfortable leaving things to her, because she often comes up with the right answer.
Discipline and determiation are shown in the joining of the letters within words and the curved bar of the “t”. She sticks to her plans, but also allows observation and intuition to guide her. The loops in the lower zone show that she often gets what she wants, but keeps others in mind.
The signature shows that she can put across her point of view to get people on her side.

My husband appreciated the deft way in which it was implied that I am bossy. The comments about the letter “y” reminded me of why I originally adopted it. Aged about 11, I didn’t want to conform to the italicised style of writing we had been taught in school.
