The Department for Education has released figures revealing the best- and worst-performing academy trusts in England.

They include only multi-academy trusts that have at least three schools that have been with them for at least three years.

The school league tables use Progress 8 to compare the performance of academy trusts at GCSEs, and for primary schools, they look at progress measures for reading, writing and maths.
