As part of our continued efforts to improve online security and our readers’ experience, we have made some changes that will impact some of our subscribers.
You can find out below exactly what we’ve done and what we need from you.
What changes are we making?
We are upgrading our subscription management platform. This is the system that takes payments from our subscribers when they first subscribe and when their subscription renews.
What does this mean?
Subscribers will now be able to add or change their payment method via the My Profile page.
However, because we weren’t permitted to carry over previous payment methods from the old platform, some subscribers will need to add a payment method to the new platform themselves.
For subscriptions starting BEFORE 14 August 2024
If you subscribed before 14 August 2024, your old payment method will not have been moved to our new system and cannot be used when your quarterly or annual subscription renews.
For subscriptions starting ON or AFTER 14 August 2024
For those who subscribed on or after 14 August 2024, you don’t have to do anything. You can continue to enjoy you subscription.
What do I need to do?
If you subscribed before 14 August 2024, you need to add a new payment method. You can do this now by visiting the “Subscriptions” section on the My Profile page.
Adding a new payment method takes just two minutes and will mean your unlimited Tes magazine access will continue uninterrupted.

What happens if my subscription expires?
If you don’t add a payment method before your renewal date, you will lose your unlimited access to the magazine. To resubscribe, you will need to visit the Store.
