COUNSELLING AND THERAPY RESOURCE – 2 WEEK PROGRAM (RELATIONAL ACTIVITIES) - BUILDING PARENT CHILD BOND & ATTACHMENT - HOMEWORK FOR PARENTS
Your time is your best investment you can make in your children…With that said, these are two weeks of daily activities to help build and strengthen the bond and attachment between parents and children. This can be done with any gender parent or child.
This homework is for the parents, not the children. How does this work? Simply print out the two week calendars and put them somewhere safe. Every day read through the activity scheduled for that day and look for an opportunity to complete that activity. These are great activities if you or your child are feeling a little detached and not feeling as attuned as you would like to be.
Remember to embrace your child’s unique qualities, hug them everyday and take the relax and enjoy the moments and memories with them. The moments do not last, but the memories will.
