This power point contains the power point and planning sheets for a descriptive or narrative piece of work - it has a focus on how to use paragraphs (I have weak GCSE sets) and could be used from year 7 through to GCSE resits depending on the class ability.

Simple comprehension which I have used for functional skills and for key stage 3 and key stage 4 starter tasks / homework for weaker students or fast tasks.
Paper 1 bundle of 10 different texts. I have tried to bring in some different texts in order to engage our students. I teach a lot of resit students so I didn’t want them to just see the same texts over and over again.
