Titanic Literacy Unit Lesson 2 This is one of the lessons from a unit of work on The Titanic. The unit explores the Titanic and uses this as the context. Pupils learn and engage with it and develop their literacy at the same time. Ideal for Histpry lessons as well as English and targeted at year 7 level 4 learners. This is one of a series of lessons/ activities / worksheets that I am uploading on the old AQA anthology poems. The lessons obviously have a comparative strand running through them and there are lessons for all of the poems from Cluster 1 and 2 uploaded as well as lessons that compare two poems or teach how to analyse them / compare them. Obviously no use for the old spec, but entirwely useful for the poetry comparison piece of controlled assesment in the new AQA spec.
