Each dictation is a little story that follows the adventures of cartoon characters Fred the Flea, Kay the Bee and more. Each worksheet includes the text of the dictation plus various other activities: spelling pattern identification, alphabetical order, use of dictionary, cloze procedure, simple comprehension questions and a picture box. PLUS, 31 extension worksheets which include wordsearches relating to the spelling lists, picture boxes and a word challenge (see how many words you can find using certain letters).
