Looking for a way to introduce and analyse Act 1 Scene 5?
This resource:
Introduces students to Shakespeare’s choice of form and what it can suggest to an audience. The key term ‘soliloquy’ is introduced and explored.
It then includes slides (like the preview) which guides students’ analysis of Lady Macbeth in Act 1 Scene 5. Key quotes are highlighted accompanied with questions to challenge students.

Not sure where to start when taking notes for your live theatre review?
This template provides your students with a table to help them take structured notes that covers all areas of potential questions that may appear!
The template consists of a table that is split into 3 sections:
Performance skills
Design Elements 1 (Lighting, Sound & Costume, Hair and Makeup)
Design Elements 2 (Stage shape & Set)
Underneath the table (perfectly colour coordinated too!) is a list of key terms for each column of the table. Why? Simply because we know that pesky word ‘terminology’ crops up in a range of exam criteria.
Can be used for KS3, KS4 or KS5.
A great resource to compliment any live theatre review scheme of work.
