An escape room activity which gets student to identify the 5 factors influencing the location decision of a business from the GCSE AQA specification. Students work individually or in pairs to identify the 5 factors and then when have identified the password come to the front of the room to unlock the PPT!
Following on from the escape room there is then 3 exam questions following the I do, we do, you do approach. One example of a perfect answer to a 3 mark question, working through one together as a class and then the class to do one themselves in timed conditions. A superb approach to exam questioning.
This is a resource that I send out to all of the GCSE Business students at the start of the course.
There is a section for the students and also a section for the parents to give them a little insight into the two year journey and something to be able to test them on/discuss at the dinner table.
