(0)
Bang Pow Telling the time game and day of the week with super heroes. This is a fun and active game ideal for hands on, kinaesthetic, learning through action learners. Could be used an end of term activity/ game. Can be differentiated depending on ability and could be played individually or as a group working together. Mixed ability groups could be ideal to learn from their peers. Suitable for early years, key stage one curriculum, for private tutors and home education/ schooling. Aim of the game, all you need is a dice To fill the clock up with superheroes. The superheroes are numbered 1 to 6 Roll a dice, count to see which number you roll, if it is a 3 for example then find superhero number 3 and pick him/ her up. Then pick up a card, read and match your superhero to the clock. E.G. If the card says ‘five past’ put your super hero by five past. Once all six numbers have been rolled, repeat. Work together to fill up the clock. Use the same method for the days of the week.
