Edexcel Politics ALevel (Can also be used for AQA) This is a batch of revision end of topic checklists AND glossary/ key word sheets for all topics: Constitution Congress Presidency/ Executive Supreme Court and Civil Rights Democracy and Elections including Political Parties I have created some topic checklists for each topic from the spec with key bullet points for students to traffic light their confidence including key words at the bottom. For US Presidency and Supreme Court/ Civil Rights I have also included key case studies as I know students struggle with these. Included all key legislative achievements for Presidents from Clinton up to Biden (correct as of June 2023) Also includes useful tables e.g. how many exec orders each POTUS has, vetoes used, signing statements used etc. Included all key Court Cases which created policy for SCOTUS and key cases relating to the bill of rights. For Democracy, I have included case studies of interest groups needed for the exam and also a debate on whether interest groups provide evidence of pluralism or elitism. Lesson for GCSE History Weimar and Nazi Germany Edexcel spec but can easily be adapted to any other Germany spec which requires a lesson about the impact of WWI or indeed KS3 History. Edexcel ALevel Politics- can be adapted to AQA. This lesson (3 hours worth of work) uses the newest Bennett chapters (although almost all key notes are on slides). Examines similarities/ differences between UK and US Constitutions in terms of the three branches of government, nature/ origins, Federalism/ Devolution and also the Comparative theories.

Made for OCR ALevel Specification but can be used for any ALevel/ GCSE spec with minor tweaks- very detailed. These powerpoints and accompanying resources are all you need to teach/ learn the Causes of the October revolution in great depth I have even included an analysis section at the end to help with essay planning with arguments for each factor. Complete resources will be about 5-6 hours of teaching plus hwk. My resources are perfect for new teachers to Russia or students wanting highest grades- very detailed with all knowledge included. GCSE Edexcel Superpower Relations and the Cold War 1941-1991 This lesson follows my lesson on the Second Berlin Crisis and examines why the Wall was built and what the consequences were on Berlin/ Germany, USA, USSR and International Relations. Fully resourced, does not need textbooks - any reference to the textbook- has all the necessary information on the following slides/ animations pull it up but obviously you can use the textbooks if you have them- or print the info on the slides for students to do that task independently. Very detailed; enough material for Grades 9-1.
