A very simple cover lesson I designed for KS3 classes to set as cover in D&T. The theme of the lesson is logo designs and this self-explanatory sheet works well for non-specialist teachers. Feel free to ask me any questions.

These are a series of design movement influences sheets created for a unit of work that I am currently producing. The unit of work is based around graphic illustration and the resources provide a series of design movements and explain how they have influenced illustration. I will be laminating these for reference in class, however they would also work well on a display board. This is a cover lesson I set for my KS3 Year 7 class who were in the Resistant Materials stage of their curriculum. A very simple lesson that requires computers for the best possible outcomes. Feel free to ask any questions.

I have started to create a bank of worksheets focusing on various designers / artists / illustrators. These stem from my initial design movement worksheets (also available on my account). I use these worksheets to introduce young offenders (15-18) to a range of designers and artists. These worksheets could also be left as cover, or even set as a homework task to build learner knowledge and understanding. Each worksheet has two parts, the information sheet and the corresponding worksheet. This is a booklet that I have created for the boys I work with in the Young Offenders Institute. It is designed to be self-directed, but can also be used as part of classroom teaching. This is perfect for learners studying at KS3 or 4. The focus of the booklet is creative typography. It provides learners with tasks, information and stretch and challenge activities. This is an assessment grid I designed and adapted to use in different areas of Design Technology This one is for KS3 - a Pop Up Card Graphic project It was set as a homework task, with the idea being that the students recall knowledge from the start of the project as well as more recent knowledge, with the school’s stamps system offered as rewards for achieving the harder questions Feel free to ask any questions

This is a resource I have created as part of my new role working as a Youth Justice Worker with young people in the community. The project covers in detail: County Lines Child Criminal Exploitation It is designed to be used in one of two ways: As a full programme / scheme of work - this can be fully printed into booklets (all pages printed) As a full programme / scheme of work - with only the worksheets printed and the rest of the pages used as PowerPoint / visuals As one off lessons / interventions - parts can be printed or used ad hoc I have included a project overview at the start, with learning outcomes and descriptions of each task. The resource is quite bulky and was created on a Mac. I have added to this resource a PDF and PowerPoint version. Due to differences in fonts, the PowerPoint version may look different when opened - hence including the PDF version as well to keep everything as designed. Please feel free to ask any questions :)
