Currently work in the Youth Justice Service developing programmes of intervention for young people in the service.
Past experience working as a teacher of Art and Graphics in a young offenders institute, teacher in alternative provision education specialising in SEMH & SEND, and mainstream secondary teacher of Design Technology and Art & Design.
I pride myself on creating visually appealing resources with interesting content that appeals to young people who are disengaged from education.

A very simple cover lesson I designed for KS3 classes to set as cover in D&T.
The theme of the lesson is logo designs and this self-explanatory sheet works well for non-specialist teachers.
Feel free to ask me any questions.
These are a series of design movement influences sheets created for a unit of work that I am currently producing.
The unit of work is based around graphic illustration and the resources provide a series of design movements and explain how they have influenced illustration.
I will be laminating these for reference in class, however they would also work well on a display board.
I will also include these in the full resource for the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Creative Media (Graphic Design) - Unit 08
Feel free to ask me any questions!
A PDF containing a range of abstract photographers with examples of their work.
I designed this to inspire GCSE Year 10 pupils at a previous school.
I have also added a portrait photographer PDF file as well (separate upload)
This is a cover lesson I set for my KS3 Year 7 class who were in the Resistant Materials stage of their curriculum.
A very simple lesson that requires computers for the best possible outcomes.
Feel free to ask any questions.
I have started to create a bank of worksheets focusing on various designers / artists / illustrators. These stem from my initial design movement worksheets (also available on my account).
I use these worksheets to introduce young offenders (15-18) to a range of designers and artists. These worksheets could also be left as cover, or even set as a homework task to build learner knowledge and understanding. Each worksheet has two parts, the information sheet and the corresponding worksheet.
This bundle contains:
Aurelio Sanchez
Elena Gumeniuk
Rachel Bungey
Jimmy Turrell (X4 sheets)
I have tried to look at some more obscure and unusual examples to broaden knowledge for learners.
I will continue to upload bundles of between 5 and 10 sheets as I create them.
Please feel free to ask me any questions! Happy to make changes if needed :)
I have created a bundle for the full NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Creative Media (Graphic Design) units.
This bundle contains resources, booklets etc. for Units 02, 04, 07, 08. Completion of all four units allows the learner to achieve the full certificate. I am currently working on units to allow completion of the full diploma.
These have been updated for 2019/20 delivery.
The units have been designed by myself for delivery in a young offenders institute. I find them very popular and have seen good success rates with them.
The NCFE EQA approves of the formatting for the unit booklets and finds them very easy to quality assure.
Feel free to message me with any questions.
I have recently modified the resources to remove all youth justice reference. If you require any changes, please feel free to contact me nataliesheldon86@outlook.com
A PDF containing a range of close-up photographers with examples of their work.
I designed this to inspire GCSE Year 10 pupils at a previous school.
I have also added an abstract and portrait photographer PDF files as well (separate uploads)
This is a mini booklet that I have created for the boys I work with in the Young Offenders Institute.
It is designed to be self-directed, but can also be used as part of classroom teaching.
This is perfect for learners studying Graphic Design, Art, or Design & Technology - Textiles, at KS3-KS4.
This set focuses on the theme of circus. I will also be creating a number of other booklets / worksheet sets in a similar style.
Feel free to contact me with any questions and feedback!

This list is not exhaustive, I will be creating worksheets regularly and will update the list as and when.
I have numbered the tasks to eventually collate them into a full booklet. I will be uploading the tasks and info in subjects (see above). Once I have created and uploaded them all I will create a bundle as well. I will also be creating a checklist so that as each sheet is completed, they can be ticked off.
Feel free to contact me with any questions and feedback!
I will be continually adding similar resources as I produce them.
**I have uploaded these as PDFs due to the large file sizes and to avoid any of the elements moving on the designs. If you require an editable copy, please email me nataliesheldon86@outlook.com **

It is designed to be self-directed, but can also be used as part of classroom teaching.
This is perfect for learners studying at KS3 or 4.
The focus of the booklet is creative typography. It provides learners with tasks, information and stretch and challenge activities.
It would work well as cover work, extended homework, or even during lessons as an introduction to typography.
Feel free to contact me with any questions and feedback!
These resources are from my PGCE. I taught Art & Design to a mixed ability Y8 group and chose to teach them about one point perspective and architecture.
I have included the SOW plus any resources I created, unfortunately I never got to fully see the unit through, however the group really enjoyed the topic.
Feel free to ask me any questions, I would love to hear from anyone that uses it!
This is one of a series of worksheets and factsheets I have created relating to Sneaker Collaborations.
Each worksheet & factsheet set will be uploaded and available individually, and I will also offer it as a bundle (which would make a great project in Art / Design Technology / Fashion / Graphic Design).
The sheets introduce lesser-known artists and designers, and feature on-trend sneaker styles.
These sheets would be great either as a project, cover work, homework tasks, or self-directed tasks! The possibilities are endless!
The worksheet combinations include:
Artists X Sneakers
Designers X Sneakers
Rappers X Sneakers
Brands X Sneakers

This is a resource I have created for my current setting: I work in an alternative provision for excluded young people and I have identified a large number that have difficulties with their emotion regulation and mental health
This resource would work for KS3-4
The different ANTS can be laminated and used as reference, and there is a worksheet / intervention sheet that can be completed with young people.
I will be uploading a range of interventions / emotional literacy resources over the upcoming weeks

The theme of the project is MASKS & IDENTITY
Within the project, there are a number of mini sections relating to different mask types. I have uploaded these individually (see below) as they are perfect for cover / homework / one off lessons.
This upload is the FULL PROJECT, with a couple of extra pages that are not available on their own. The full project is better value for money than the individual parts, though it depends on your personal needs!
Available worksheets:
Artists - Cindy Sherman / Marcus Coates / Haus-Rucker-Co £3
Cultural Map £2
Day of the Dead £3
Drill Music £4
Festima £3
Filipino Dinagyang £3
Halloween £2
Music £4
Superheroes £4
Symmetry £3
Venetian Carnival £3
Each upload contains a PowerPoint and PDF. I created the resources on a MacBook and sometimes Windows PowerPoint can open the fonts and formatting slightly off, so I wanted to offer both versions! You can also edit the PowerPoint to make it suitable for the students you teach.

This is an assessment grid I designed and adapted to use in different areas of Design Technology
This one is for KS3 - a Pop Up Card Graphic project
It was set as a homework task, with the idea being that the students recall knowledge from the start of the project as well as more recent knowledge, with the school’s stamps system offered as rewards for achieving the harder questions

This is a resource I have created as part of my new role working as a Youth Justice Worker with young people in the community.
The project covers in detail:
County Lines
Child Criminal Exploitation
It is designed to be used in one of two ways:
As a full programme / scheme of work - this can be fully printed into booklets (all pages printed)
As a full programme / scheme of work - with only the worksheets printed and the rest of the pages used as PowerPoint / visuals
As one off lessons / interventions - parts can be printed or used ad hoc
I have included a project overview at the start, with learning outcomes and descriptions of each task.
The resource is quite bulky and was created on a Mac. I have added to this resource a PDF and PowerPoint version. Due to differences in fonts, the PowerPoint version may look different when opened - hence including the PDF version as well to keep everything as designed.
Please feel free to ask any questions :)
