Verb and subject practice (Spanish)
This is a practice on finding subjects and conjugating -ar, -er, -ir verbs in the present tense.
There are 30 sentences total (10 -ar, 10 - er, and 10 -ir)
For every sentence, write the subject or subject pronoun. Then, write the present tense conjugation of the verb in parenthesis.
Part 1: -ar verbs / Part 2: -er verbs / Part 3: -ir verbs

Complete each set of sentences using these guidelines:
In the first blank (#1), choose and write the correct present tense conjugation using the word bank.
In the second blank (#2), write the correct present tense of conjugation of ir (to go)
In the third blank (#3), choose and write the correct infinitive (-ar, -er, -ir) using the word bank.

There are 10 sentences for every verb type (-ar, -er, -ir) for a total of 30 sentences. A structred template is provided for students to write their sentences.

AR verbs present tense paragraph (Subject and verb practice in Spanish)
This is a practice on finding the subject and conjugating regular -ar present tense verbs, ideally for Spanish 1 students.
For each paragraph, complete the template with the subject (person), verb stem of the infinitive (-ar), verb ending, and present tense conjugation.
There are 2 paragraphs. Paragraph 1 (singular forms) with 7 sentences, and paragraph 2 (plural forms) with 9 sentences.
A table with -ar present tense endings is provided prior to the paragraph. Brief notes on how to conjugate an infinitive are also included.

Preterit paragraph conjugation and clue words practice (-ar, -er, -ir verbs)
Students will read 3 paragraphs (1 -ar, 1 -er, and 1 -ir) and do the following:
For each paragraph, complete the following in the template provided.
Write the Spanish translation of the italicized clue word using the word bank
Write the subject (person, place, or thing)
Write the preterit conjugation of the -ar verb in parenthesis

Each paragraph has 10 sentences. Note: Sentences do not link to any vocabulary or theme. Only regular verbs are used in the paragraphs.

Marcos went to the art museum and his younger sister Lola is asking him questions about his visit. Complete their conversation using the appropriate vocabulary word using the word bank.

Preterit v Imperfect: Matching practice with simultaneous and interrupting actions
Write the correct letter of the conjugation for every sentence.
