This presentation practises the use of conjunctions to extend sentences and includes a useful structure with modal verbs. As well as a grammatical explanation listing and showing conjunctions in context, there are a sentence-building slide, two slides for oral work with OXO and a translation slide with sentences to stretch students at higher tier.

It also explains how to form the question word ‘what?’ with such verbs i.e. Worauf freust du dich? etc. Along with grammatical explanations, there is a list of some important such verbs, translation sentences, oral practice with Tic Tac Toe and a guided paragraph translation.
