This unit of work has been created for key stage 3 students (best suited to Year 9) to consider into the question: Two world wars, or one with a 20-year ceasefire in the first part of the 20th century. It contains 10 lessons which build up to a creative and self-directed assessment in lesson 11, and a whole class quiz and individual word search for recap; competition and fun in the 12th lesson.
