This is the sixth lesson in a series created for the A Level unit Democracy and Dictatorship in Germany. It investigates far right ideology and its manifestations during the Weimar period with a focus on the Kapp Putsch and the reasons for its failure and long-term significance. Ideally this lesson should be taught in conjunction with the Access to History, Democracies and Dictatorships in Germany, but other text books could be used to support it.
