Topics included: Reviewing and talking about school holidays The perfect tense (regular and irregular) Places in town Past tense activities, opinions Range of verb endings + negative verbs practice Talking about a special holiday in the past Differentiated writing tasks on past holidays Resources could be used to support class powerpoints, remote learning, homeworks, or additional support. **All resources compliment / consolidate content from Module 1. There are no duplicated tasks from the textbook or workbook. ** Each worksheet has clear instructions with examples for every task. Each worksheet is extensively differentiated. Tasks take 20-30 minutes (in line with ks3 homework requirements) with lots of optional extra tasks for higher end vert students. Activities are inductive but aptly supported. Each worksheet will incorporate different “challenge” tasks which increase in cognitive demand, this could be creation tasks, the manipulation of verbs or sentences, etc. Dynamo 2 Module 1 rouge resources coming soon.

I have included all vocab from the vocab pages range of activities to revise/ consolidate vocab from this topic could be printed as revision tasks/ booklets or used as starters to recap vocab as you move through I often use starters to recap old topics then move on completely. Great care has been taken to ensure it looks sophisticated, it is challenging - and easy to use. animation and presentation of each activity is attractive and engaging.

This guide will talk you through the expectations of the course, and break down the key skills needed to achieve the a* it shows you how to structure your answers to achieve the top mark scheme answers, as well as a task on how to revise cifras. There is also an exemplar mind map (double sided a3) to show students.

Developed for an observation this lesson breaks down reflexive verbs making them more accessible. I have used this with HA Year 9 all the way up to GCSE and it always works well. I have even upped the challenge and used the same activities with my year 12 class. Lots of opportunities to better understanding of the difference between reflexive and standard indicative verbs with lots of practice, challenge and engagement.
