Deaf children and young people can now enjoy the world’s first global online forum with parents and professionals, courtesy of the International Deaf Children’s Society (an offshoot of the UK’s National Deaf Children’s Society). The site carries international news and updates on events, issues and experiences important to deaf people, along with support for schools to link and network. Particularly interesting are the writings and diaries of young deaf people around the world.
