New Figures Rank Multi Academy Trusts Based On Their Post 16 Progress Scores.

New figures that rank multi-academy trusts by the performance of post-16 pupils in academic qualifications have been published today.

The Department for Education’s data shows the level 3 value added scores for trusts included in its multi-academy trust league tables.

These scores measure the progress pupils make between their GCSEs and A levels or other academic qualification compared with other pupils with similar prior attainment.

The figures show the MAT with the highest level 3 value added score was The Howard Partnership Trust, followed by Aldridge Education, the Inspiration Trust and the Skinners Company.

To be included in these figures MATs have to have at least three schools or institutions with post-16 results last year, and which have been part of that trust for at least three years.

Here are the multi-academy trusts ranked by their scores for pupils sitting post 16 academic qualifications.
