This lesson is designed to teach students the concept of Speciation, Extinction and Conservation in a fun, engaging and interesting way. It shows images of already extinct animals, some of them a bit strange, and educates students on why this is. I have used this for years with my current classes and it is always a big hit, teaching what can sometimes be seen as a tricky/dull concept!
