A lesson on the life, biography and works of Lorca in preparation to study La casa de Bernarda Alba.
All the activities are based on a text and students will work on reading, listening, grammar, comprehension skills and a summary question while they learn about the Spanish writer.
It can be set as homework or as a project by using the booklet.
4 lessons on environment aimed at a mixed ability group based on Viva GCSE (actúa localmente, piensa globalmente)
ideal for remote learning (all slides contain a to do list with instructions for each task), listening tasks included (with link and code to the book) and quizzlet and flippity games to practice vocabulary

Unidad 3: El impacto turístico en España.
A lesson to teach students about how tourism has evolved through the years in Spain. Good to use as an introduction for unit 3.
Although this is not a lesson, the resources can be used for a lesson, or as part of a lesson to prepare students for task 1 (edexcel).
It includes 2 games to practice questions from all themes, using speaking questions from past papers and resources to share with students to work on fluency, complexity, spontaneity and interaction.

Introductory lesson to Pan’s Labyrinth, focussed on Del Toro’s life, works and style. Includes a booklet for students.
Contents:
-Del Toro’s biography (reading comprehension)
-Del Toro’s most important films and what they have in common (time line of main movies and plots)
-Del Toro’s directing style (listening activity)
-Del Toro’s use of monters (listening activity)
Three to five lessons on the theme of the Euros 24, aimed at years 7,8 and 9.

L1 Language covered includes colours and countries. Skills covered are listening and speaking (optional reading), using sentence builders as support. The sentence builder covers basic opinions and reasons. Please go through the slides to choose the activities that best fit your classes. There are comments and further instructions on the notes section.
L2, Language covered includes numbers (places), agreement/disagreement and opinions. Skills covered are reading, speaking and writing.
L3, Language covered includes hair, eye colour descriptions, basic personal information and animals. Skills covered are reading comprehension, translation, listening and writing. For the final project, students design a mascot and write a description in Spanish using the sentence builder.
